I will have to test but I thought my Grind Handle and the Silarukov Handle almost lift the same maximum weights. That would place it very close to the LGC Handle. As said below this handle uses SKF bearings but it has no drop in the drop test and also does not spin at all in the spin test. It does rotate smooth as silk by hand. ________________________________ As Jüri requested a topic how I made my bearings rotating (GRIND) handle. First I made a CAD drawing with the dimensions how I would like to build my RT. Later I changed the inner pipe from 26,9mm to 30mm because I needed a bearing that fitted the inside pipe exactly. I could not find a 30mm pipe so easily so a friend of mine drilled a 30mm solid rod with a 20mm drill. If you want you can leave the rod solid. The wall of the pipe is 5mm thick so it's very sturdy. The outside pipe (handle) is 60,3x2,9mm the inside diameter is 54,5mm. The closest bearing I could find to fit the pipes was a 6006-2RS SKF. It's a closed bearing so you don't have to worry that dirt/dust of chalk will ruin the function of the bearings. The outer and inner diameter is 55mm and 30mm. The 60,3mm handle is a welded pipe so for the bearing to fit you need to sand it away (I used a dremel for this). The inside diameter of the handle is 0,5mm to small so you need to sand the inside to 55mm. When everything fits perfectly you also need to sand the bearing and the 30mm pipe where the pipe and the bearing will stay fixed. This is to make sure the PU construct glue will have a good surface to attach to. Make sure you clean the pipes and bearings with ammonia or thinner to clear all the grease. Before you glue everything together make sure all the pipes fit perfectly. First glue the handle (outside pipe) and the bearings and then the inside pipe. For the shackle I used a M8 bolt/wire so I could bolt it to the handle. This I bended with my hands. I drilled a 9mm hole for the M8 wire to fit through. So now I have a perfect homemade RT, weight is exactly 1,5kg. I have made two extra RT that I plan to sell. If you are interested I will sell one for €40.
