11/32'' X 7'' @625

Hey guys, my last piece at low 600 range from BBs calibrated stock... Just 15lbs away from my best calibrated cert bend, an R @640, but I must say that the 11/32'', even with a lower calibration number, feels almost the same with that R and with a harder crush.

Sometimes I miss all the action from back then and I miss all the fellow benders who are not active anymore.

Cheers.

Manthos.

Impeccable technique too. You looked relaxed as you bent a bar over 600 lbs

Damn that was strong. Looks like you could give a gold a good run for its money!

Thanks Josh! I have some flexibility issues at 7'' stock right now, you see at the vid I can't get easily a comfortable place for the kink. I don't now how I could place a 8 3/8'' bar.

Thank you Antony! My chakra was at a high level that day... :shuriken:

Yeah bro! Really strong bend. I miss the BB days too ... and the competitions and support we had with everyone going all-out. I still have a few 7" (21/64) bars from 490-505 that I was going to save for a big attempt some day.

Thank you David! I hope to see you again killing some steel someday, when you reach the training goals you set for now.

Manthos it's good to see you buddy. I'm really glad to see some 600+ steel going down. How have you been? You look good, maybe cut a few pounds since the last video I've seen. Seeing this makes me want to chill with the 8 3/8 stuff and try some 7" stock.
