Sean Cashman
First off I apologize for not being as active on this forum of late. My training has kind of shifted goals in the last couple of months. Bending has been non existent. Anyway, I received my package of steel from Ivan and the guys from Iron Grip the other day so I had to dust off the wraps and try some. Everything came nicely packaged, the bars were all labelled and ends ground down smoothly. Great service and follow up also. Freestyle cert - 7" x 175kg - Double overhand - Double wraps (IronMind pads and benders battlefield cordura)

Ivan Beritashvili
Awesome bend on that fat bar!! Congratulations Sean!
Sean Cashman
Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I appreciate you taking the time to check it out. Double wraps lessens the need for high levels of pain tolerance that’s for sure. I have another 175kg bar that I’d like to get in single imp’s in the future. Also have a few bars up to 200kg that I can head towards in doubles. Cheers. Edited August 20, 2014 by Sean Cashman
Ivan Beritashvili
Due to last events going on here, I have now changed my signature on Grip Board:"THERE ARE NO FORMER STEEL BENDERS" Now it will be the slogan of IronGripCerts.Thank you all guys for your support, for your mastery and awesome performances.I have noticed it by myself, the steel bending is a drug.I have injured biceps - ok I go barehanded on lighter bars.I pierce my palm - ok I go on horseshoesI damage my obliques - ok I go on braced bars HRSI bruise my inside part of hips - oh look, biceps has recovered!HAIL TO YOU BROTHERS!
EJ Livesey
Sean, I'm really glad to see you back at it. That was a great bend and I really hope you post more stuff. The steel from Ivan is a lot of fun to bend and looks great. Awesome bend.
