This is the first time I've attempted and didnt know what to think but def a difficult lift on both wrist and bicep!

As soon as you start to get below parallel that wants to rip out of your hand on top of trying to curl it. Great for grip, wrist and arm strength! I dropped down to 60# and hit a few sets of 5 reps. Forearms were lit up!

I wish I could say that my strength is the same bilaterally but unfortunately there is about a 20% difference between R and L hand. Both are improving but R still significantly stronger.

Have you started armwrestling or something Luke!? You'd be hard to beat RH as I remember pulling a little after nationals last year with you, Paul & Eric. You felt very strong in a hook! :o

Robert no I haven't...James R got me into contact with Storm Chellino who I plan on hitting a few practices with prior to starting anything as I want to have fair basic knowledge before I enter a novice contest. Def R handed I think I could give people my size a good run for their money, L hand not at much but the strength is improving slowly.
