Jedd Johnson
With the Slim Lever in the Medley at NAGSC, I've been working on them a bit more than usual and decided to go for this at the end of a great training session with Luke Raymond. Quick background info on this feat in case you're not familiar: This movement is named after Slim "The Hammer Man" Farman who would perform this and other variations of this sledgehammer feat. Often starting out parallel with the floor and either ending vertical or in a standing position, Slim performs this feat with both 1 and 2 hammers. This is only one facet of Slim Levering, and I'm sure at over 70 years of age, he can still dominate me in this lift.

Jedd Johnson
That looked easy for you! Thanks man. It's hard to call it easy, per se. It came up quick, but it also required a lot of effort. I think understanding proper technique allows one to be able to turn maximum effort into a quickly completed lift, causing it to seem like it was easy.
