Paul Savage
Very beat up coming into this and unfortunately chalk was just rubbing straight off my hands today but i said i would put a video up to someone so is what it is. This is the second workout back training grip for me and is first time in a number of months i didn't have pain after grippers from the thumb injury i got (got it from very wide plate pinch). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kgBKXkZ8DY Paul Edited May 18, 2015 by Paul Savage

MANTHOS
World class grip strength brother! Is this a result of training, genetics, compination of both? When I bought my first gripper some years ago, a CoC#2, I closed it the first time I tried it. When, later, I bought the #2.5, I also closed it the first time and I was a hair of closing the #3, without any specific trainig, but what I watched a couple of minutes ago at your vid, 12 tns easy reps of a #3, I can't imagine myself performing like that and I consider myself, I would say, strong. How you reached such an elite level brother? I apologize for the amount of my questions Paul. With respect. Manthos.

Well i done 50+ hours most weeks of the last 10 years working a very grip demanding job involving v-bar grip (crush like grippers), thickbar, pinch and a lot of wrist intensive movements. Otherwise i have trained grip pretty much every time i have been recovered enough to do so during that time period, sometimes for several hours at a time. When i first tried grippers i couldn't do #1 all the way to shut but was near. Took me a little under 6 months to close #2 each hand. Was weak all over starting out too so i wouldn't say good genetics just never quitting and keeping working on the next goal for a long time.
