elevit Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 The training routine that I've currently started can be found under the title: Captains of Crush Training - training tipsat Muscle Bulletin I am able to do 6 consecutive closes with the #1 with my right hand and about 3 consecutive closes with my left hand. For the session specific warm up part of the routine, I use my trainers instead of the #1 gripper. Is this alright? What do you think about this routine?
