climber511 Posted January 27, 2015 Share Posted January 27, 2015 My version of bullet-proof hands consists of: Tuf-foot on soft spots Volume work with the kink day, sweep day and crush day method Eating olive oil 2-3x a week Table slaps on rest days Tiger balm on fore arms Vitamin k and vitamin c If you guys think it would help I will go into the entire process and what worked for me and what will work for you.
