Eric Roussin
Wow! Shipping was faster than I expected! I sent them out Wednesday afternoon. Shirts coming to Sweden now too ? Yes. The shirts went out on the same day, but you may need to wait a bit longer.
Chez
Training session is tomorrow morning. If anyone decides to come last minute, PM me. Been resting my hands all week to get a good gauge of where I am at tomorrow.

I will posted the possible weight combinations for each event over the next couple days. Here are the hub weights in lbs. Keep in mind I also have fractions weight plates of .25, .5, .75 and 1 lbs so I can get in between these as well. Chez
Been super busy so I won't be able to post the other weights, but I'll have them on comp day and I'll work with you to get as close to your weight as you want. won't be hard with my fractional plates. A couple reminders: 1) If you don't have the comp address, please PM me. 2) Please show up around 9:30 am for weigh ins and rules etc. 3) bring food. we have 11-12 people lifting and euro takes a lot of time so it will be a long day. Some people might organize buying a pizza etc. but I wouldn't count on it. 4) if you can, please bring shorts. The axle requires a lift to mid knee height and its hard for me to judge if you are wearing pants. We can work around this, but shorts would make it easier for me. My garage is heated and its suppose to be a nice day also. 5) if you need a lift from the train etc. contact me to coordinate a time. 6) if I asked you to bring stuff, please write a note to remind yourself. 7) when you make it to my house. come to the garage door. 8) if you want to bend or train other items, bring the steel or the items with you. 9) please park in the street because my family has to leave to make a family party that day. I live in the suburbs so parking is easy. Edited October 24, 2014 by Chez

It really means a lot to me that you made the trip. I hope you all had fun. I know we ran late and I'm sorry about that.

Ceya!
Another excellent Chez production. A man who follows the letter of the law. Read the rules, demo it and when it was his turn, HULK SMASH!!!! My first event as a competitor, I think I did ok but will gain more knowledge along the way. The lady in the house just killed it today. Guys left it all there today, nobody was holding back. Very fun day. Thanks Chez and all other competitors for making NY King Kong 14 an eventful day. S/F, CEYA!

Chez
I really appreciate the kind word guys. It was a lot of work but I had a great time running it. The camaraderie at the location was awesome. That is what it is all about. Good people getting together, pushing each and having fun. I plan on holding the New York Grip Throw Down III next summer so train hard because I expect even better numbers from everyone. We gotta represent the tri state area in grip well.
