Damn. That's great. How much do you weigh David?

The rafters in my house are about twice as thick I think. Not even thinking about trying that for many years...

That's incredible bro. I showed this to my friend who doesn't work out but has a manual labor job and even he acknowledged it as being super hard to do.

Wow, nice what was your training like to accomplish this...mike

I mostly been doing regular pull ups and towel pull ups with these sprinkled in.

I started these with doing hold attempts. Also some various pinch work of course, plate pinch, Euro ,blocks etc.
