Mr milk
Thanks guys Yep, first post and I still would call my self a some kind of rookie when it comes to grip strength I have been training grip under two years now. Got my hub this spring. Now I just try to maintain this condition in hub-lifting.

There are guys like Juha Lehtimäki, Petri Partanen, Pasi Mehtälä, Tuomo Anttila and current WR holder Matti Harju who can all do insane weights if they are in condition. Mr milk
Good job! Glad to see some more strong lifts on the hub. Hopefully you can give Matti some competition. I hope so but contest is always contest I dont really give my self much credit if only do "big weights" at my backyard stress free conditions I did guite well in Finnish grip championships and that gives me somekind of confident. Mr milk
First of all I want to give BIG thanks to people who has been sending me messages and given me congrats about the King Kong victory and of course the WR in the HUB. Here is a video from my training before KONG. In the contest I was not able to give my best. Maybe it was the pressure that got me after doing so bad in pinch lifting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmYpoqwXOZw&feature=youtu.be
