I want to share my big joy, excellent PR, done on peak weak of microcycle.

Finally deserved a membership card in a club of gentlemen, who can lift from floor to chest and military press overhead their own bodyweight or more.

Total weight of kettlebells: 96,8 kg [214 lbs];
Bodyweight: 96,5 kg [213 lbs].

I can push press my bw overhead but it's not very impressive at my weight, I can see you doing this with 50kg kettlebells very soon!

What's your current push press or strict press Ivan? Strong stuff!

Sweet! Very strong Ivan.

Thank you Nate!

Wow Ivan! Awesome pressing, i would love to see what you can do on a barbell, the KBs are very unstable!

Jose, Josh - thank you! As my left wrist aches badly, I can work only with separate objects now. I guess my Max press on barbell is around 97,5-100 kg now (215-220 lbs)

Strong!!!

Thanks Burkhard!

Very Strong! Especially with kb's!!

Thank you very much David! Yes, kettlebells are alive!

Very well done!

Thank you!

You are doing great job at the Paladin!

You strengthen your press quite a bit lately! Two 48kilo kettlebels overhead are no joke.

Great stuff!

I've been lifting kettle bells for the last 8 years on and off and have a ton of respect for what you just accomplished here! Serious Strength to say the least. Excellent.
