Jones1874
im on a mission to add an inch or two to my forearms. What are the best ways to go about this with a strained wrist? i was thinking I could get away with doing hammer curls and reverse curls using a wrist/ankle strap. And maybe static holds using 1" handles. Any input would be much appreciated. I don't want the wrist strain to hold me back. ** also, I can't completely rest my wrists since I'm a general labour so Ill have to work around it. Thanks in advance.
