mad about lifting
Hey Guys! Well, I tried to do some pinch grips with a few small plates today, and it was not easy. I want to know, what is the proper way to execute a pinch grip? Should I hold the plate between my finger and thumb and let the plate touch my palm? Should there be any moving after I start to hold it, e.g- rows? Thanks a lot! Ash
FbaLLPlaya_53
Pick up 2 25's put them together, turn them inside out (flat side out) and pick them up its as simple as that. Good luck with training.
Ray Hansford
There is a pic of Tommy Heslop pinching in the gallery that should help you see the way to hold the plates, But you can use all your fingers, Tommy is only using two of his while pinching 2 45's, He's a freak
