#3 Past Parellel For 24 Seconds

im getting anoyed at not being able to close the #3....ive had it for 3 weeks now.

tonight sence i cant close it i got it past parellel and held for as long as i could ...24 sec.

is it weird that with my right hand i can do a #2 10 times and with my left only 2......and with the 3 i can get it about the same with both, alittle past parellel....about 1/2 inch????

the number 3 doesn't get hard until past parallel so you about par, I'm on the KTA and it is doing wonders for my hand, initally my right was a lot stonger than my left, but now they are getting close to even and both going up, KTA man, it's the way to go.

what can be so good with this kta program?

i know that it recommends a certian grip on the gripper....can anyone just explain the proper grip to take?

i know your suppose to have the straight end of the spring agianst your palm side right?

other then that i go with the most comfortable for me, is this wrong????

if you could give me a rundown i would appriciate it, i dont have the money to get this kta right now.

gee you've ALREADY had it three weeks and you can't even close the #3 Coc? gosh you must be a wimp. I closed the #3 AND the #4 (one in each hand) the first time i EVER tried them!

have you ever used a hose clamp on the gripper to work the last part of the crush?

I would also get an elite gripper and do some negatives with it.

I dont know how they are sized but ive used it on a #3 and on my RB 260 which is harder than my #3. You dont need as big of one as you think.
