Clay Edgin Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 http://www.castledarkmoor.com/strongman/sh...shawnnotilt.WMV - 900kb This went down last night during our last training session before his move to New Mexico. On his first attempt it stalled out at his knee and after a few minutes rest and hand stretching, he came back at it and did it easily. He wanted to get his name on the Gripboard Inch Lifters list, so we did the video. Good thing he's moving so I can finally train to lift it as strongly as he does! Quote
Meat Loaf Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 Great work WOODCHUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember your post "Welllll crap" Clay and i didn't realize that Shawn was the friend who was moving away. It is always sad when a good friend moves away and your paths part for many years. I had a best friend in 7th grade named Dave Jones who had to move from california to illinois . I missed him dearly for many years. Quote
Clay Edgin Posted April 26, 2004 Author Posted April 26, 2004 That does suck. However, we are looking to be out in Albuquerque this time next year any way, so they can never get rid of us! Quote

Meat Loaf Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 Ive been to albuquerque about 12 years ago, but i still remember that it was hot as hell! It's so funny. Shawn didn't seem like a wimp or anything, but he didn't appear to have like monster hands, but just like Dave (the tall guy at northridge iron grip), they are strong as steel, obviously. MEAT p.s. my wedding date is august 1st and we just started our premarriage classes at the church they are awesome! Quote
