I find with bending the palms of my hands need the most time to recover more than my wrists or elbows..anyone else have this problem? well not a problem, my hands need to toughen up more, which will take a while :);)< <

You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your **** khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

Yes sir, I think we all know where you are coming from. Give it time and they will toughen substantially. I sarted bending with a huge raq and now just use the IM cloth, my hands rarely keep me from a bend now after 4 months...Brett

Yeah i'm new to bending and a couple of days ago I tore a piece of skin out of my palm trying to bend a 6 x 1/4" bolt for the first time.

(for the record the bolt survived but was kinked to 20 degrees)
