JasonL Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 I find with bending the palms of my hands need the most time to recover more than my wrists or elbows..anyone else have this problem? well not a problem, my hands need to toughen up more, which will take a while JasonL Quote Jason Lutan You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your **** khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.
kerbjr Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 Yes sir, I think we all know where you are coming from. Give it time and they will toughen substantially. I sarted bending with a huge raq and now just use the IM cloth, my hands rarely keep me from a bend now after 4 months...Brett Quote If the mind can conceive it, then the body can acheive it. I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me..
Octogen Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 Yeah i'm new to bending and a couple of days ago I tore a piece of skin out of my palm trying to bend a 6 x 1/4" bolt for the first time. (for the record the bolt survived but was kinked to 20 degrees) Quote Don Stevenson Sydney, Australia
Mikael Siversson Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 Did you get the bolts at Bunnings? Quote
