Bill Piche Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 Brought a 32lb blob to work. We work grip at work at lunch. Well, it turned into a great novelty item. Everyone tried it during the day. Only one guy broke it from the floor once. Meanwhile, my buddy and I blasted all DAY with this thing as we had to demonstrate of course! Great workout. Lots of volume! Try it for a kick in your blob lifting. Do blob lifts for about 9-10 hours off and on all day! Quote

jad Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 I wonder if a KTA approach would work for calves since they're used to so much abuse?? Quote Proud member of the Feat Cheaters Club! Captain of Crush 2003-2011 Josh Dale Wentzville, MO
odin Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 Sounds like a fun idea Bill. How many people tried lifting it? I'll have to try that sometime, they already think I'm for doing shot rotations as a break from typing. Matt Van Weele Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 I think a KTA approach would work on almost any muscle. Not sure for how long though. The O lifters do it and there the best in the world at what they do. Bill Piche Posted April 26, 2004 Author Posted April 26, 2004 WHoops! Just put a dent in the floor under the carpet in my office. Great grip workout at lunch today. We now have a 32 and 40 here at work. We grabbed the phone book to protect the floor after the dent. Quote
mooinabc1 Posted April 26, 2004 Posted April 26, 2004 The blob is great How pound can you do on the Bliob Wannagrip? Quote
Bill Piche Posted April 26, 2004 Author Posted April 26, 2004 Right now, just the 40 either hand on any day of the week. Quote
Sybersnott Posted April 28, 2004 Posted April 28, 2004 Right now, just the 40 either hand on any day of the week. Checking over my inventory today, a 45# blob said to me: "Tell Bill I think he's a punk. He can't lift me, and he knows it ". Then I realized something - blobs can't talk.
