John Beatty
Well, after overworking the bending some more, we had a hell of a wind storm which removed a run of gutter from the sunroom. I spent the morning yesterday replacing the fascia (wood & metal) & rehanging the gutter. No help, so wrestling the 20' length by myself. Haven't done gutter work since I was in HS & helping dad (his business - roofing, gutter, insulation) - 20 years ago. Had to cut off a bunch of nails with hand cutters. Then today I replaced our bathtub. My hands are driving me nuts - severe aching. Plus I've got fiberglass embedded in my hands & forearms. Very clear on why I didn't take over Dad's business.... Clay Edgin
Damn, I can think of nothing worse than having fiberglass shards in your hands. I definitely feel your pain!
