Bent First Yellow And Blue Today.

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I bent my first yellow and blue nail todaya. The blue was tough and it took me a little over two minutes to get it bent. Im not sure what my next gol will be, either getting consistent with 60d's or a grade 5.

I put a picture in my gallery if anyone is interested.

Try a 60D, since IMHO a tough 60D is harder than a IM blue and a grade 5 bolt is beyond that

Jeremy, way to go!

I agree with mmainlands, find some 60D's to shoot for. The vast majority of these nails are tougher than the Blue. And by the same token, a grade 5 is tougher than just about any 60D. Keep us posted.

Cograts on the bending, and ditto on the 60D's, buy several different kinds and become proficient on these first. For reference, I can bend a blue in 5 seconds but am still unable to complete a grade 5....But I am drinking milk.....I also have some 60D's that are as tough as grade 5's as evidenced by how far I can kink them both.....Good luck you are off to a great start...Brett

Thanks fella's. I bent my first 60d the day before I bent the blue. It was about the same strength. I was only able to put a very slight kink in it Monday. It was just enough to tell that it wasn't straight anymore. I'll get some 60d's next week and see what happens.
