Thanks in advance for your replies. Joe Kinney can't be wrong. He was using a mounted one that allowed him to go heavy, over 200lbs as I recall reading. Quote

Thanks in advance for your replies. What kind of strength/power are you looking to achieve? Yeah, get one. I use the NYB Power Wrist Roller and I go heavy on it. kyle102887 Posted April 14, 2004 Author Posted April 14, 2004 What kind of strength/power are you looking to achieve? Well snott I hear alot of people saying that it's good for recovery and builds good size, but I want to build power and strength for armwrestling and I wanted to know if this can do it. Also I wanted to know if the one Warren Tetting makes is strong enough to hold alot of weight. This one the standing wristroller.
