I found out this neat idea Micro Loading 1/12 pounds each day.

That is one pound each week. I Use that spaces from the hardware store.

IS anyone using same idea?

hmm

1/12 * 7 = 7/12 < 1 lb

not sure about this math here. Maybe I'm missing something.

You guys are make a joke at my work out routinue

but it is not a joke.

If you use small weigths to gain a serious gains then say so.

But wannagrip should step in to this abusive behavior.

hi my first post after a lot of lurking :)

I dont think its a case of abuse, just a little ribbing at the maths mix up.

Maybe you could clear up whether its a pound a week you add (more than 1/12 per day) or whether its less than a pound per week (7/12)?

I dont think many are going to argue against microloading though,as i have seen quite a few postive posts on the matter.

No one made a joke about microloading. It works and is good.

Your math is off and it was a little ribbing. Don't take things so seriously.

I understood it that way:

He adds two weights each day.

Since KTA is (or at least starts with) a 6 day per week training this

equals to one pound per week

But who knows ...

BTW I'm using 100g (around 0,22 pounds) increments per day.

Keep training hard mooinabc1 :rock
