Rekx Posted April 3, 2004 Posted April 3, 2004 I'm starting to think that just about the best thing about the MMonster cert is the interview. I learn SO much from those interviews every time. Congrat's again to Jeff and thanks for the tips. Quote "Grip is equally mental and physical. Take the time to develop your mental strength and watch your numbers soar." -Clay Edgin My Workout Blog

Jedd Johnson Posted April 3, 2004 Posted April 3, 2004 (edited) Jeff, Just read your interview...I totally agree with your philosophy on training freequency. Sometimes stringing together several consecutive days of training when you feel positive, but backing off when you know you've gone too far. Right on, bro. One question: how do you guage the day? Do you know before even trying some grip, or do you squeeze a gripper and realize it just isn't there. -Jedd- Edited April 3, 2004 by Jedd Johnson Quote The GOLD STANDARD Feat in Plate Pinching: 2x45s Pinch Get Your Copy Here: How to Pinch 2x45s Ebook Diesel Crew Store: http://www.dieselcrew.com/store/shop

JeffPeterson Posted April 3, 2004 Posted April 3, 2004 Thanks guys. Jedd Sometimes I wake up and just know I'm going to be strong today, other times I might walk by a gripper give it a half hearted attempt be surprised at how good it feels then take it from ther. Quote
bseedot Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 Question: How did you get Goldberg to be your official witness? I swear that one of these days I'm going to go to a WWE tryout and ask them if they'd like to introduce a brother for Goldberg. Nice interview, Jeff! BC. Quote The cure for boredom is curiousity.
