Dean Jones Posted March 26, 2004 Posted March 26, 2004 Now I really feel like a puss for whining about over training yesterday, one days rest and my grip is stronger than ever. Working with the gripper and setting the this morning, and I think I found my groove. I've been able to close and hold the #2 with both hands 3 times this morning (with a substantial rest between each close). Quote

Dean Jones Posted March 30, 2004 Author Posted March 30, 2004 I want to make sure I’m talking about the same grippers as everyone else. Here is the link I was looking at here http://www.wwfitness.com/index.html On this site it rates: Super Master @185lbs, Grand Master @ 220lbs, and the Elite @ 250lbs. While the #2 is rate @ 195lbs and #3 @280lbs. I definitely trust the advice on this board, but I don’t understand the inconsistency in the ratings, what’s the deal? Quote
