bencrush Posted March 24, 2004 Posted March 24, 2004 I use the underhand bending style and it hasn't hurt my gripper strength at all. If anything I think it's helped but I can't be sure. Of course I've only been bending barely over a month and I'm still at a very low level (Yellow Nail) so take it with a grain of salt. Quote
