What better day to start a training log than a...

rest day!

Well, was supposed to be until a surprise package arrived:

I used to own an ISG clone from Iron Woody fitness long ago and never used it. The handle just didn't agree with me.

These handles feel pretty cheap, but are much more comfortable. The knurling is pretty weak and I wish it extended all the way to the bottom of the handle. But other than that, no complaints. Extra springs are a nice bonus. Don't think I'll be throwing all 6 on anytime soon 🤣.

Didn't do any real workout, just messed around.

- 30 min run
- warmed up for kettlebell workout but was feeling too tired and scrapped it
- did some gripper sets
- did some one hand KB towel lifts
- hit the rice bucket

The kettlebell towel lifts surprised me. Never tried them before. Could hold 16kg + 24kg bells (88 lbs) for time rather easily. Next time I go down to the gym, I'm going to try with my strap loading pin and plates.

Life is getting busy. Missed yesterday's workout and was very rushed today. Managed to squeeze in a standard workout - pullups, squats, reverse lunges, pushups and some grip work at the end. Onward.
