This looks like a Galaxy that Warren assembled around his later years. I have heard about it a lot. Later his son sold this but stamped with an "H", like Hercules.

These were sold by Warren's son on eBay. The number of turns is like Hercules and the letter H on the handle. But the spring is like a Galaxy.

I found a photo of an eBay page on my computer with this gripper for sale. Date April 2021. The inscriptions are not in English because when I took the photo I was looking at a page with a translation into Russian. If desired, the inscriptions from the photo can be easily translated into any language in Google.
