This one will simulate Stone Lifting if you don't have access to specialized strongman equipment or you can't add heavy boulders in your home gym. Sometimes you have to adapt, overcome and improvise. Strength training needs NO excuses! *Make sure you grip the first plate from it's smooth side. Loading pins are extremely versatile tools!
