My doubts about nail bending

Hey! Hope you´re all doing well, I´m a beginner steel bender, and for the moment I only dispose of a set of 5mm thick nails, which I already dominated in a matter of bending them in U-shapes, in overhand grips, reversed bends without body leverage, so I´m wanting to start to bend them in different shapes, such like hearts or twisting them instead of just bending them. But I have been very confused about how to do it, so I´m here asking for your feedback so I can learn how to bend them.

I add some evidence of my work with them (I have less than a year bending iron seriously).
