JeffPeterson Posted November 15 Posted November 15 I just received five RB Grippers. They arrived after six weeks. Is it necessary to shut them 30 or 40 times so that I will know they're true strength? Or is seasoning not really a real thing? I appreciate thoughts. 1 Quote
John Knowlton Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Yes it is , I am one way an expert but from my own experiences it’s a thing 1 Quote
Cannon Posted November 15 Posted November 15 They stabilize quickly. Give them 30 reps to stabilize. After that they won’t change except with 100s of reps. Quote

gripmaniac Posted November 15 Posted November 15 I think Matt summed it up perfectly. Taking a trip down memory lane, I seem to remember it taking "more than just a few" reps to "stabilize" mine when I got them. Being of the brass-handled variety it made for an interesting time. . . . .until I noticed they (all 3 grippers that is - one being a Narrow) had settled down. Quote
