kurtwpg Posted November 10 Posted November 10 My left is my dominant hand, and I do a lot of deep sets of right handed grippers for it. The sets often feel like a lot of strain on my right forearm, which has been dealing with nagging injuries but never really seems to have much problem with closing grippers. Is this a thing, that you can injure the off hand setting heavy grippers? 1 1 Quote
Fist of Fury Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Yes it can and it's most likely because of a weakness in your weaker arm. Bicep curls, tricep work should fix it. It shouldn't be a problem setting a gripper if your arm is strong and healthy. 2 1 Quote
