sextoy1 Posted October 14 Author Posted October 14 Day three, Havent trained with the blob, past two times I've only spent a few minutes trying to pick it up. Planned to actually train it today but wrist felt tweaky so I just tried picking it up a few times. I then tried holding it in the air which gave me a good idea of how to hold it, so when I went to pick it up off the ground I was able to break it off the ground for the first time and was able to repeat that. Best feeling break it off, gave me a lot of motivation. The picture is me breaking it off the ground 6 Quote
sextoy1 Posted October 21 Author Posted October 21 For the past week my wrist has been feeling a bit tweaky so I took a break. Today it's been feeling better so I tried the 100 tonight for a few attempts ,could feel it almost breaking. Gonna rest and see how the wrist feels in the morning then hopefully soon I can actually put in a training session with it 4 Quote
sextoy1 Posted November 5 Author Posted November 5 Forgot to post it but got this on Halloween, also added weight on the 80(41lb) put 5 extra lbs and it still left pretty easy so that gave me the confidence to try the 95lb again and boom just went up. Next up is to get the big 100 3 Quote
sextoy1 Posted November 8 Author Posted November 8 Tried the 100 today and got some air time with it a few times, think I'm using my arms too much and just keep forgetting to just lift with my legs. Also cleaned and pressed the 80 with both hands. 4 Quote
