Feat judging | Double 45lb Hub Lift

1. Only chalk allowed.

2.Lift must be locked out with back erect.

3. For loadable devices and plates, 5-pound jumps and plate weight only.

4. The lift must be followed down under reasonable control.

5. Any bracing or other assisting contact between the feat item or the lifting hand against the body, legs, groin or thighs will disqualify the lift.

I actually rewatched to see if I missed the soft lockout before I realized that it was a joke because it was actually a long hold lol ...
