1. Only chalk allowed.

2.Lift must be locked out with back erect.

3. For loadable devices and plates, 5-pound jumps and plate weight only.

4. Any bracing or other assisting contact between the feat item or the lifting hand against the body, legs, groin or thighs will disqualify the lift.

I assume this rule is not really relevant for a snatch? Regardless I voted yes for a good lift but I'm just curious.
