Mr.sukune Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Hello guys, i'm 29, fitness coach and climbing too, bodyweight 73 kg i'm pretty new to the grip world,since i started climbing, and my grip improve drastically, so now im pushing the love of the grip sport, i've buy coc 2 and after 5 months of training, i'm able to close it 2 times full range. So now i'm doing my own prog to be better i have i pinch block 60 mm, 20 mm crimp block and the gripper from 100 lbs to 200 lbs. i need some advices for the training, i'm doing 3 times/ weeks pinch block at 90% so 31kg - 68 lbs 5*7 sec iso ( just lifting and stay in position ) 4 series for the gripper i'm doing classic 5*5 closes at 180 lbs and sometimes 3 series of 4 closes during 5 sec for the crimp, 20 mm at 90 % but 5 series of 8 pull no iso like the block What do you think of all this, i'm taking all the advices ! thanks guys ! sorry for the gram , i'm french ... 1 Quote
