WorksinaPinch
Thanks for putting in all the work on this list, Eric. I'd like to suggest Sara Chappelow be ranked above Gabi Dixon. I see Gabi's name at the top of two 84+ leader boards and Sara's on many, many more. I realize Gabi won decisively at the Arnold, but in aggregate, Sara has a clear lead in my opinion.
Kluv#0
Eric, Thanks for continuing to do this list! Also, huge shout out and congratulations to Maxim Gervais from Canada- only 16 years old and ranked 7th in 83 KG Class. That is crazy impressive! He participated in the North American Championship this year. He might of had his sister recording his lifts and his parents there as well. It was nice to see.

Exceptional athlete no doubt.

Though Sarah is much more active in grip contests, Gabi won this year’s Super Series and also had a decisive victory over Sarah at the Immortals Winter Grip Wars contest in Sweden. There’s no question they are the top two women in grip - not just in North America but in the entire world. But I don’t think Sarah being ranked ahead of Gabi is fully justified at this point. It’s important for me to clarify that these rankings are more performance based than activity based. So number of titles is not the key factor. If it were, I agree Sarah would be number one.
Vinnie
It is getting harder to place on these lists - I was at one point 3rd in 83kg and after dropping 25 pounds and winning Stronghold 3 last month in the next lower weight class, I dropped from 8th to 9th ... and this is a good thing, as it means people are joining grip!

I think overlooked the fact that you were in the 74 kg class at Stronghold 3. Do you intend to keep competing there in the foreseeable future? If so, I will revise the 74 and 83 standings.

Grepm.m
Do you have to compete in North America in order to place on the list? Carl Myerscough is based in the UK and he’s on the list. Sam Solomi is a force of nature, and to my knowledge, he’s competed in the UK, but I don’t see him on the list.

The rankings are for those who live and compete in North America. Carl has been living in California for many years.

I was 165b today, so I think I will be able to make 163 or less on September 14 at the next comp I (hope to) attend. I injured my left hand, however, so I am not sure whether I can actually do some of the events lol ...
Kluv#0
I think most of us agree, that based on Carl's out of this world grip strength, he lives on another planet!

Hopefully it will be all healed up for the Snacktown Squeeze Fest Part Deux on October 6th (if you decide to drive over for that one).
