Kluv#0 Posted August 12 Posted August 12 Stellar Steve, I have done that 32 KG off the floor handful of times - couple vids on my KB thread. At US Nationals '24, I had a great moment of destroying a 32 KG (70 LB) Kettlebell Pronation Wrist flip off a slick platform. Pronation is the weakest of the 6 wrist areas for me, but it was a great way to end pronation, and the spectator's reaction was priceless! Mike Gentile came up to me afterwards and congratulated me on that very feat in the medley. 6 Quote Kettlebell Wrist Strength Pro. I posted on that video: "@makula5543 has you beat". Edited August 12 by WorksinaPinch 4 Quote

It is a challenging exercise, and 32 KG is a good number off the floor. Steelbender great Batraz T. has done 40 KG - which is absurd strength- in his prime. 4 Quote Kettlebell Wrist Strength Pro. David_wigren Posted August 13 Posted August 13 My pronation is strong and getting stronger. I might be shooting myself in the foot but I think I could do 40kg right now. Depending on the shape of the bell of course. Competition bells are probably harder due to their size and added leverage. I don’t have any heavier bells though. Will have to look up a gym in order to find some heavier ones. 5 Quote
