Awesome, nice job, very strong!

I see her hunching her back a bit, I'd hate to see an injury. Maybe guide her to use more legs for the lift? 👍🏻

How much does she weigh?  I'm curious where she ranks against the GSI leaderboard.

I am good at grip.

Impressive result.  She should test a 6" lift, which has more data recorded.

Aldo what is a 6" lift? Is it also a vbar? We have a 50 mm vbar (basicslly grandpas clock but the bottom is spinning to prevent spinlift)

It's the same implement but with a crossbar setup. So instead of lockout you have to lift to a specific height. You can see the setup in this video.

She should be able to lift more to a 6" crossbar, rather than full lockout.  There is a lot more data for the 6" lift, and it would confirm She is already at a very high level of strength.

I am good at grip.

I dont know why her LBH is so good tho as her RT is "only" 29 kg

Axle deadlifts to Increase RT? I’d say it would help. But eventually get to a point where you need to specifically train RT to get really good at it.

nice work by your gf. That’s pretty awesome
