Hey guys, I'm currently in the military and had no access to any proper grip training for the past 7 weeks but I finally got the green sign to bring grippers here, so I decided to start a dedicated gripper log.

Don't know where I stand as I have not had proper training consistently for 7 weeks but my end goal is the 3.

First training session will happen on Friday or Saturday

I see you mainly doing grippers, what are some tips you could give? I have a framework set up and everything just wanted to hear your insights on how to do this specialization phase better.

I wish I could help, but for personal reasons I just post results and not training tips on this website. But I wish you all the best of luck with gripper specilization, and I'll be keeping an eye out for your progress

I have metal setting blocks, 10, 20 and 30mm and will be using them to measure progress.

Today's training:

5 singles with CoC 1.5 (R - 20mm) and CoC 1 (L-20mm)

Hands did not get that much weaker but they definitely aren't as strong as they were.

Couldn't have a proper session yesterday as I was not home, so I brought grippers with me and did grease the groove with a Powerball 200 Gripper, did many singles with R and L at different widths, hands feel pretty nice so will have a big session today with some other implements.

I feel that holds with grip implements, at least the Ivanko griller, work better than reps based on feel and will be trying out this concept for a bit, later today I will have a training session, focusing on gripper and pinch holds

Grippers are not a very viabke option anymore due to me moving to a different batallion, new rules, new envieonment, however there is a gym and there are a bunch of pull up bars, so grip training will not stop.

Today was DOH deadlifts, first time after 3+ months, did 3x1 140kg, 3x2 130kg, then some 4 inch diameter vertical bar hangs, one arm hangs from a pull up bar and some pull ups
