smaikelzas Posted July 3 Posted July 3 (edited) Hey guys, I'm currently in the military and had no access to any proper grip training for the past 7 weeks but I finally got the green sign to bring grippers here, so I decided to start a dedicated gripper log. Don't know where I stand as I have not had proper training consistently for 7 weeks but my end goal is the 3. First training session will happen on Friday or Saturday Edited July 3 by smaikelzas Formatting 8 Quote I will become the strongest 80kg gripster ever or I will die trying Current goals: 65kg on the 60mm RGT (PR: to be tested) 70kg on the Little Big Horn (PR: 62kg) CoC #2 for 3 MMS reps (PR: CoC #2 1 rep with deep set) 30kg on the 60mm Pinch Block (PR: to be tested)

smaikelzas Posted July 25 Author Posted July 25 I feel that holds with grip implements, at least the Ivanko griller, work better than reps based on feel and will be trying out this concept for a bit, later today I will have a training session, focusing on gripper and pinch holds 1 Quote I will become the strongest 80kg gripster ever or I will die trying Current goals: 65kg on the 60mm RGT (PR: to be tested) 70kg on the Little Big Horn (PR: 62kg) CoC #2 for 3 MMS reps (PR: CoC #2 1 rep with deep set) 30kg on the 60mm Pinch Block (PR: to be tested)

smaikelzas Posted August 9 Author Posted August 9 Grippers are not a very viabke option anymore due to me moving to a different batallion, new rules, new envieonment, however there is a gym and there are a bunch of pull up bars, so grip training will not stop. Today was DOH deadlifts, first time after 3+ months, did 3x1 140kg, 3x2 130kg, then some 4 inch diameter vertical bar hangs, one arm hangs from a pull up bar and some pull ups 3 Quote I will become the strongest 80kg gripster ever or I will die trying Current goals: 65kg on the 60mm RGT (PR: to be tested) 70kg on the Little Big Horn (PR: 62kg) CoC #2 for 3 MMS reps (PR: CoC #2 1 rep with deep set) 30kg on the 60mm Pinch Block (PR: to be tested)
