Titanium is an incredible hard material to work. It’s probably possible to make knurling (probably cut knurling instead of formed) but it’s reasonable these handles are smooth. Which is not a novel idea. There have been lots of Tettings, Atomgripz, some FBBC grippers all with smooth handles. It’s just another choice with a unique feel and added difficulty.
