alan_fra Posted May 29 Posted May 29 (edited) That is a great workout 💪. It looks like you do wide sets on grippers like me. I was wondering what your dynamometer score is in kg. Edited May 29 by alan_fra 2 Quote

I was wondering what your dynamometer score is in kg. I am around 30mm when I set them, but again, this is a rough estimate. I just started training with CCS and will make a setting block at around 20mm x 30mm to practice both. Overall, I'm just practicing parallel sets and just trying to work up to a #3 CoC. As far as strength, I can try to verify that and get back to you. Edited May 29 by AllMight_ 2 Quote

Ok, so that's a deep set basically. I mostly just do wide sets , enough to get the pinky on and then close but there are routines for different purposes also like yours. 30 mm will work the end close more often 1 Quote

I just haven't really measured outside of a credit card set, which is why I need to start. haha 2 Quote

AllMight_ Posted July 6 Author Posted July 6 I've been taking it easy this week since I went rock climbing and tweaked my bicep. I notice that it aches when gripping heavy so resting. I may give some grippers a go today, but nothing higher than a 105-120, maybe sets of 2-5's. 1 Quote

If it's the hand that you usually supinate when doing deads with mixed grip, make sure to switch it up because that aggravates it a lot Quote
AllMight_ Posted August 30 Author Posted August 30 What's up y'all? Update on my training endeavors in the world of grippers. My bicep is finally healing, and I have begun training slowly again. It seems that my last rock climbing session was too vigorous, and I strained my bicep, which ultimately affected my crushing strength/ability. Lesson learned, and I'll be back on the road to COC#3 and MM certs! Lesson learned, and I'll be back on the road to COC#3 and MM certs! 3 Quote
