povmaciulis ARMLIFTING Posted May 1 Posted May 1 I can almost close my golden grip 5 rated at 106 lbs rgc (CoC 2 equivalent). Which choker gripper in what rgc range should I buy? 2 Quote Achievements: Axle 105 kg, Saxon 51,5 kg, LBH 55 kg, CoC 1.5 deep set, hub 22.8 kg, Rolling thunder 63 kg. Goals in 2024: close a CoC 2 deep set, rolling thunder 68 kg, lock a silver bullet with a CoC 2.5, lbh 60 kg, axle 110 kg
Cannon Posted May 1 Posted May 1 In my opinion, you want a choker that you can put reps on. So if your max is a CoC 2 equivalent right now, I would get a Platinum or #2.5 choker. 4 1 Quote

So if my max PSS is a IM COC 2.5, what should I go with as far as a chocker? Quote

Standard Iron or maybe a lower #3. You want to be able to work with the choker, not just eek out a couple singles. Because you can always let it out wider as you progress. I'm not sure about your PSS acronym. Parallel Set Single? Quote

Anyhow, this makes sense, so moving up slightly from a max but not enough that I cant rep some Quote

AllMight_ Posted May 22 Posted May 22 That's a great idea. Where would I place the hose clamp? 2 minutes ago, Cannon said: In the short term, I would 100% throw a hose clamp on your #2.5 and so some choker work. Quote
