mt-tom Posted September 29, 2003 Share Posted September 29, 2003 It looks like I will be certified soon as I got witnessed closing the #3 several times yesterday. It went very well and just like everyone says, the extra little adrenalin rush does kick in. I was able to close the #3 easier than in the past. I just need to send in all my paperwork and it should be a done deal. I'm very excited! The best part of the witness/judging process was meeting my witness that was provided. He was an older gentleman that had been lifting nearly 60 years. His knowledge of lifting in general and gripping in particular was amazing. I spent nearly 2 hours just chatting with him. It was a pleasure! He also has a very good deadlift, exceeding 500lbs! (I wish I did) I look forward to that final certification.
