Hi everyone, stopped in the other day to check the place out, and it lokks prety good. Lots of familiar names, and tons on new ones. And LOTS of new COC's. Good work everyone!

What sort of excitement have I missed?

Hi Clayton

I guess you know that #4 has been closed recently.

For one, you missed the blob craze. A lift that would suit you down to the ground.

Are you still training your grip?

To those merry souls of other days- who again will make drinking a pleasure- who acheive contentment long before capacity- and who- whatever they may drink- prove able to carry it- and enjoy it- and remain gentlemen.

Welcome back how is your grip work? What exercises are you playing around with now?

Is this the Clayton that is in the photo album pinching 2x45's with two fingers and sandals???? If so, just wanted to know I printed that off and put in my gym for inspiration. Awesome!!! :rock

Hey, nice name Clayton! I like you already :)

Yes, this is the same Scott Clayton.

So, the #4 was closed by a "new comer" who sort of showed up out of no-where? Cool.

Jon,

Those weren't sandals, just some crazy looking shoes. I'm glad I could inspire you.

I haven't done much grip work lately, just playing around with a sledge hammer, and rolling a bundle of dowell rods back and forth, each end in a different direction. But, I gues it's time to get serious again.

He has feet of clay and a great pinchgrip.

Not afraid to ruffle feathers!
