Jedd Johnson
Very intense workout yesterday for smitty and me. For the first portion of the routine, we worked our posterior chain, but also threw some combinations in there. Easily the best grip workout we ever had together at the end of the day. I also happened to set a new personal record for bipolar lifts. Have yourselves a look if you will. http://www.dieselcrew.com/videos/jedd%20keg%20blob.wmv (Please right click on link and choose save target) Off to train now. Keep those hands healthy. Sean Dockery
Nice lift. Those keg squats are killer. I can't imagine concentrating on the Blob while keg squating.

OldGuy
Looks like you have found a great gym to train in. Many would not allow people to lift kegs blobs and what have you.

Jedd Johnson
Looks like you have found a great gym to train in. Many would not allow people to lift kegs blobs and what have you. How ironic that you say this. Just this past week, the owner (it's a chick, one of the worthless kind, too by the way) had her henchmen tell us that if we get chalk all over the place again, we are never allowed to use it again. Plus, the music sucks - - you'll never hear "Tyler's Song," by Coal Chamber in that Fitness Farce. Can you get the bad boy by the face yet? Only a matter of time with those hands Not yet, Rick, although I am trying. I've devised a system similar to yours with the inch. I anticipate needing a little more time before I lift Blob Barker by the face though. I can't imagine concentrating on the Blob while keg squating The shot for the video was actually the third take. The first time, the keg fell off my shoulder and almost broke my foot. The second time, it fell off and took a nick right out of Blob Barker's thumb side. But all three times lifting the BLOB was no problem. I had to become smarter than the bastard keg to be able to stand back up with it. It's a little tricky balancing the thing with only one hand. Big Steve
Jedd, I know you get it bad now. BLOB BARKER LOL!!!! I thought I was the only one who named their toys.
