Stretching and isometrics with a belt

I've been doing the stretches fo a while, but I just figured out an easy way to wrap around your wrist and do isos that are really similar to double overhand bending motions. Check it out:

I know, right? There might be an underhand equivalent if you hold the strap the other way in your hand, but I haven't tried.
