supersqueeze
Question: What's bigger, a 50 lb Blob or one of Big Steve's calves? Looks like a lot of fun!! Mike M.
underdawg
i'd say the blob is just a little bit bigger, but big steve's calf would be more of a challenge. he grabs back, and he grabs real, real hard.
underdawg
forgot to add. thanx for getting those pics in bballdad. they look great. how'd your video turn out?
bballdad
awesome video Dawg!! I watched it that night. I'm going to get you guys copies as soon as I can. I got to get me some thick bar stuff. My forearms are still pumped from Wednesday. Dawg I took the 37 1/2 lb blob to work yesterday let the guys try it out. I can't wait to see what you do with that great pinch you got, unbelievable.. I thank all you guys for showing up. Hopefully we all can do it again. Maybe next time though Tommy will be able to make it!
Jonathan McMillan
Looks like a great outdoors location, nice grip stuff too!! Jon@han
bballdad
It was a great area for it I thought. A huge sheltered area with two rows of picnic tables the entire length. Plenty of room. Just a beautiful day also. I want so much grip stuff right now. Getting to try that thick bar stuff was a blast. I'd love to have a inch replica. A rolling thunder, anvil simulator Dawg had was nice, the blobs Steve bought were fun also. That 50 blob unreal!! The guys that lift that lol!! Big Steve is just a bending, crushing, lifting machine. How he can bend over and over and over amazes me. Non stop. I could go on and on about these guys. lol There is no doubt in my mind that had Big Steve had been fresh that 8 would have been destroyed. He tried it after we had already done a ton of other stuff. I tried the bending with some light stuff and whew. Didn't take long to finish me off. lol

terminator
Looks like a lot of fun was had by all, nice work. I have to point out something that was very obvious to me. I remember posting a video clip of Heath manhandling a Silver Spring Elite gripper around AOBS time. After receiving about ten rations of shit for not being able to see the gripper clearly, he risked injury by doing it again at 9:30 the next morning totally cold. I just found it interesting that nobody complained about the quality of Dave's picture, which was 100 times worse than the first video I posted of Heath. Before you get all over me about this, I have no doubt about what Mr. Morton did and am certain he's capable of closing an Elite gripper. I'm just a little surprised at the attitude that was shown to Heath, who happens to have more credibility than just about everyone else I know. There, now I feel better...... Patrik_F
The first clip with Heath closing the Silver Elite I watched on my computer was hmm, well, VERY BAD to be honest. You could not see the "E" at all. Dave Mortons clips was definately better quality than that one. However the second clip with the Silver Elite was very good, much better than Dave Mortons. I think when Heath does something people know it's really something rare. I think people wanted a better clip for the sake of enjoying it more. I don't think anyone was questioning what he was capable of. If they were there idiots.

bballdad
terminator Dave started to close the Elite and somebody said get the camera. My son ran and got it but didn't quite know how to work it. Didn't know what angle to get on it or anything, plus it was under the shelter. Anyway Dave held it what seemed like forever while my son was trying to get it. lol So sorry for the bad pic. We just weren't ready.
terminator
It was not my intention to criticize Dave's close or the picture at all. I have no doubt he can perform that feat. I was merely pointing out the fact that nobody mentioned the quality of the pic, but in a similar situation with Heath earlier this summer there was much bitching. That's all.
