Source For Heavy Balls

Hello, all. Cabela's (http://www.cabelas.com) has 1, 2, and 3 lb. "Cannonball Sinkers," normally used for fishing, which work great for the hand exercises described by Mr. Brookfield in his new book. I wrapped mine up with tape so that my hands don't turn black from the lead, and am rotating like nuts. They come with a little eyelet for hooking to your fishing line, which easily pulls out with a pair of pliers.

Go to their website, and do a search for "cannonball," and you should get right to them.

Hope this helps,

Paul

Thanks for posting this Paul, I kindof stopped doing the overhand ball rotation because I couldn't find any convienant source for heavier balls.
