Rgc Device

I want to make my own RGC device, and I am wondering if anyone who has successfully done it can tell me the dimensions of each of their pieces, and where they found it easiest to acquire the steel.

I've been looking at this as a model:

When people used to ask him how it was he became so incredibly strong, it was always the same, "strengthen your mind, the rest will follow". The Mighty Atom

Age wrinkles the body. Quitting wrinkles the soul.

Being prepared for any random task is not the same thing as preparing randomly for any task.

Wow. Thanks! Although I will be doing my ratings at the gym so this design doesn't quite do it.

Almost all of them I made were for mounting on a Power Rack. Even then you want to be sure to back weight the rack so it doesn't tip over. Bigger grippers have a heck of a leverage number.
