JHenze646 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Awesome lift, Mr. Sundin. It wasn't raining or anything. How did you pull the lift off in such fair conditions?!? - humor 3 Quote “Fall down seven times, stand up eight.” - Japanese proverb "I can, I will, I must.” ― E.T. “Only death can finish the fight, everything else only interrupts the fighting.” ― Andrzej Sapkowski
Mikael Siversson Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 To be honest wet, cool days are, for me, the best conditions for pinching. I get the feeling the same applies to Bob. 1 Quote

odin Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Keep those 25 kg combos comong Bob! Awe inspiring and motivating. Thanks Jason! Will keep improving to the best of my ability. Awesome lift, Mr. Sundin. It wasn't raining or anything. How did you pull the lift off in such fair conditions?!? - humor If you look near the end of the video, you will see some mud on the plates. To be honest wet, cool days are, for me, the best conditions for pinching. I get the feeling the same applies to Bob. Exactly. Cooler and humid/wet is better, as long as the plates aren't icing up. Congrats Bob. Big feat done. Thanks Juha, the 2x25 is feeling easier now, still no lockout lefty though. Regardless of the conditions - STRONG LIFT!! Congrats, Bob!! Thanks Burkhard! odin Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Congratulations! That is just a sick lift! Thank you Buccos1! I noticed you train 1" v-bar, now that sounds tough, ouch! Awesome lift Bob! Next goal - four 25 kg? Thanks Igor, I know someone who will let me have two more 25kg plates on "extended loan", but I think the drive to go get them might be even tougher than the lift. I have been fortunate over the years in that people have given and loaned me equipment, I guess because they thought I wouldn't give up and wanted to see a "little guy" do some of the big feats. 4 Quote Spoiler Bob Sundin 5'11 and 162 lbs. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC7AZdUkf0aEDB3ET4UhU3Bg/videos
